How to have Covrr delete data about you, including data from Instagram.

Instagram messages

When you comment on a Covrr Instagram post with our trial keyword, Covrr receives your comment, your Instagram username and an Instagram-scoped ID, and sends you direct messages with your free trial code. To do that we store the comment, your username, that ID, and whether a code was sent. We check whether you follow @covrr.app only to decide which message to send. We never post on your behalf and we don't sell this data.

How to request deletion

Email support@covrr.app with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include your Instagram username and, if you have one, your Covrr account email.
Or send “DELETE MY DATA” as a direct message to @covrr.app on Instagram.

We delete your Instagram comment and messaging records, and your Covrr account data if you ask, within 30 days, and confirm by email or Instagram message when it's done. Records we must keep by law (for example billing records) are kept only as long as required.
